The Hampshire Growth Hub brings together schools, colleges, employers, education providers, and local agencies to help deliver high-quality careers guidance that inspires and prepares young people for the fast-changing world of work.
Whether they are exploring options after school, considering further or higher education, or looking to enter apprenticeship pathways, we offer valuable insights and practical advice to help them navigate their journey.
The Hampshire Careers Hub, a partnership between Hampshire County Council and The Careers and Enterprise Company, works with and supports more than 100 schools and colleges across the county. Our goal is to help them achieve the Gatsby Benchmarks, a framework of eight guidelines that define what the best careers provision looks like.
Central to our work is a community of practice that enables schools, colleges, and partners to share what works, discuss challenges, and develop solutions to improve and enhance careers education across the county.
